1. Free GA Pre-K will be 100% Virtual (Zoom) learning method. No face to face attendance in the actual facility is required (Virtual learning method first 9 weeks, after that it may be changed per State's rules).

2. All learning materials and school supplies provided Free of charges upon enrollment into GA PreK program. School will be distributing homework, arts and crafts materials weekly.

3. GA PreK Student enrollments are not limited by school zones or income level. All GA residence status are eligible. (with proof of residence).

4. Free GA PreK students should be age 4 or 5 by September 1, 2020. Students can only use the program for 1 school year.
|
5. Enrollment accepted anytime during the program as long as there is a spot available.
|
6. Onsite full-time daycare services for all ages available with State funding or private paid tuition. CAPS, SOLVE funding are acceptable.

7. "SOLVE" (State Funded program) scholarships available for elementary school aged children that are learning virtually through their individual schools. Our qualified staff in the classroom will help students with their virtual lessons and needs.

To participate, children must be 4 (four) years of age on or before September 1 of
the school year and must be a resident of Georgia. Five-year-old children who have not
previously attended the Pre-K program and who have late birthdays or
developmental delays that impact their readiness for school may also enroll at the
request of their parents |
Proof that a child is age eligible and is a Georgia resident is required to
register for Pre-K. Acceptable proof-of-age includes birth certificate, passport,
hospital record of live birth, green card, pink card or Federal I-94 card.
Acceptable proof-of-residency includes a lease, utility bill or letter
from a shelter or employer. |
All children enrolled in Georgia's Pre-K Program must have hearing,
vision, and dental examination certificates (DHR Form 3300) on file within 90
calendar days of program entry.
Form 3300 must be signed by a private practitioner or representative of a
local Department of Health. |
Immunizations (DHR Form 3231) must be up-to-date or affidavits must be on
file within 30 calendar days of program entry. Only health departments and
physicians licensed in Georgia can obtain blank immunization certificates (
Form 3231). Take your child's personal immunization
record to a health department or Georgia physician and they can complete
the form and give any required vaccines. |
